Where It all begins….

Born on September 25, 1988, Jeremy Hill is a native of Birmingham, Alabama, whose musical journey began at the tender age of five. By eight, he was already playing for churches and had joined the Magic City Boys Choir under the direction of Joe Jenkins, which led him to travel and perform in Italy and Paris. At just 11 years old, Jeremy showcased his talent on Showtime at the Apollo Kids.

Jeremy's early passion and dedication to music paved the way for significant milestones. At 23, he became a top 10 finalist on BET’s Sunday Best. In 2018, he released his first single, “You’ve Been Good,” followed by his freshman album, “Jeremy Hill and Remnant Live in Birmingham,” in 2021.

Jeremy is often referred to as the "Gospel James Brown," known for his powerful performances, full band ensemble, and the dynamic use of his vocal group, Remnant. Over the last decade, Jeremy has trained, vocal coached, and groomed the members of Remnant, creating a group that embodies the essence of "the ones left over," bringing a new meaning to the phrase "one band, one sound."

He has headlined various festivals and concerts, including gospel tributes to legends like Kirk Franklin and PJ Morton, and his six-time sold-out tribute to Luther Vandross. Representing Birmingham, Jeremy brought home the trophy twice in the I/65 South competition, solidifying his status as a local musical hero.

Jeremy has had the privilege of working with gospel greats such as Lisa Knowles-Smith, James Fortune, and Kim Burrell. His innovative approach to gospel music, blending traditional and non-traditional elements, is making him a formidable force in the music world.

With a firm foundation in gospel, Jeremy Hill continues to push boundaries and inspire audiences, ensuring his music resonates with both the heart and soul.
